Sue has been a partner in the firm since 2014. Sue graduated with a 1st class honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter, winning the KPMG prize for top degree result. She then trained and qualified with Deloitte and worked as a senior manager at their Gatwick office, looking after SMEs , particularly those in the charity and medical sector, for 15 years. She joined Coveney Nicholls in 1999 and was appointed a director in 2006. She has been an elected member of the Executive Committee of Aisma (Association of Independent Specialist Medical Accountants) since 2000.

Sue’s current clients are predominantly Healthcare related and comprise partnerships, sole traders and small limited companies. She has many personal tax clients in this sector and also handles corporation tax for her corporate clients. Sue has written articles for the medical financial press and lectures regularly to doctors and practice managers .

Sue’s main interests are music related. She is a classically trained pianist and also sings in an 80- strong classical chorus, performing in public concerts 3 times a year. She is mother to 2 daughters who are both at university.
